CHILSTERN PK HOTEL

Kent, UK – MARCH 2026

I am very much looking forward to our multi-drone shoot at The Chilston Park Hotel on 10th March 2026. Before we get there though, we need to complete all our pre-operation drone flight planning and drone approvals process.  As a fully qualified chartered surveyor with over thirty years’ experience, I ensure that I have a full overview of the location setting we are using. Thus, we also undertake a desk top study of the location of all proposed operations which is then followed up with a site survey when we arrive at the venue. We look to see if there are any ground or air risks that weren’t evident in the desk top study; trees can look very different in a satellite image; are there any high-level cables; any building works; are proposed launch points in the best locations; is there a lot of bird activity or livestock nearby?

As with all our drone operations and projects, we believe it is important to meet the people who have engaged our drone services. We like to build lasting commercial relationships with our drone clients. This often helps address any concerns or answer any outstanding questions our drone clients may have.
