INTRODUCTION

Drone Property Inspection

DragonFly Vision provide cutting-edge drone property inspection services and aerial surveys to both commercial enterprise and domestic property owners. We use our own fully serviced high-resolution drone equipment offering 8k photography and 8k video. The huge benefit to drone property inspections is that there is no need for scaffolding or cherry pickers that can demand higher insurance costs and risk assessment work!

Our drone aerial surveys are suitable for all types of properties. from small residential homes to large commercial complexes and historic buildings. We have experience across a wide range of sites and structures. Our unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) systems capture detailed aerial images and videos of hard-to-reach areas, reducing risk and saving time.

A huge benefit to using DragonFly Vision is having Bruce manage your drone requirements. Bruce began his career in the property industry as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor in Edinburgh, before taking on diverse roles across the UK, Hong Kong, Singapore, Qatar, and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Over time, his responsibilities expanded to project and development management and into senior leadership positions. Career highlights include contributing to the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games and helping shape large new towns in Riyadh to expand home ownership opportunities.

Building on this wealth of international property experience and combining it with lifelong passions for aviation and photography, Bruce founded a UK‑based start‑up delivering professional drone services.

For the construction and engineering sectors, our drone and 3D laser scanning services provide a foolproof overview of your ongoing development work and makes your site progress, structural monitoring, and volumetric analysis quicker and more accurate.
